This is how I got a 50 study score
I can help you do the same
Dear HHD student:
I’m sure you’ve heard people say this before:

“Health and Human Development is easy, you don’t need a tutor”
“There’s no point buying notes for HHD, you’ll be fine”
“You don’t even have to study that hard, it’s such an easy subject”

Those people? They’re right…

(And it’s a big IF)

They’re right IF you’re content with getting average marks in HHD.
Why? Well, it’s simple. Let’s say that out of all 25 students in your HHD class right now, only your best friend gets some extra resources.
Everybody else does the exact same amount of work, but your friend does a little bit of extra homework.
Everybody memorises exactly what the teacher says, but your friend UNDERSTANDS what they are being taught.
Everybody does exactly what every other student in the state does, but your friend watches those extra videos, puts in the extra 30 minutes of work per day, and goes the extra mile.

Everybody does what the average HHD student does and gets an average mark.
You do the same thing as every other HHD student, and you get an average mark.

But your best friend? They do what only the top 1% of HHD students do, so they get an above average mark.
While you’re stuck with a 25 at the end of the year, they’re out enjoying that glorious 50.

The people who get average marks are the ones who love to say that “VCE isn’t a competition” when it literally couldn’t be any MORE of a competition. Your Atar stands for Australian Tertiary Admissions Ranking - It’s a RANKING. You’re competing with other students to get the highest ranking you possible can, in order to get into competitive university courses.

And in a subject as competitive as HHD, every single mark counts.

So students who do the same thing as everyone else…
Students who do the same thing as the “average” year 12 student…
They get average results.

Out of the 12,820 students who sit the HHD exam, are you going to do the same thing that everyone else does? The same thing that the average student does?

Or are you going to differentiate yourself from the pack and do what it takes to get into the top 1% of the state

You don’t have to be naturally smart or gifted student. All you need to do is do things differently to the average person.

I can give you everything you need to go beyond average, to get into the top 1%. And for a limited time, you can access it all FOR FREE
This is how I studied to get a 50
And this is how my most successful students succeed too:
In the Excellence Program you will Receive:
  • The KIS HHD video repository which covers ALL of HHD units 3 and 4 (Value $997) the exact same content that a regular tutor or teacher would explain, only more succinct, easy to understand, condensed videos. These teach you WELL and they teach you FAST. They're the most efficient way to learn HHD 3/4 and beat the competition
  • Example question videos (Value $200) illustrate how to apply key concepts and skills learned throughout the course. Consolidate your knowledge by trying them yourself, or watch and learn as your tutor explains the best way to approach various types of question.
  • Worksheets and notes (Value $50) that allow for students to freely write on them as they please. Worksheets can be used to work alongside video content, and if you need to review some information from the course, simply access the annotated notes to see exactly what Piper wrote during the video!
  •  VCE Strategy Consultation Call (Value $59) - We'll take into account your other subjects, goals for university courses, extracurricular activities and anything else that needs to be considered in Year 12, and provide you with personalised recommendations to ensure you get the highest possible ATAR!

    Your Tutor, Piper Montag

Hello! My name is Piper and I am a total nerd, rowing jock and food enthusiast. If I’m not water skiing, on an ergo or reading a book you’ll probably find me napping or tutoring. I’m a current medical student at Monash University, where I’m working towards my passion of reducing health inequities between population groups in Australia and third world countries (all stuff you’ll learn in HHD!) Year twelve was my favourite year at school and it was through the devilish challenges that VCE sometimes threw at me that I discovered the secrets to survive and thrive in the crazy environment which we call year 12. It was these skills that allowed me to graduate with an ATAR of 99.70 and achieve a 50 in Health and Human Development and so my mission is to pass on these survival tactics to help you reach your goals too!

For me, the key to success is to work efficiently rather than slog for hours, and in a subject like HHD this is critical! The key to HHD is fall in love with the content and the marks come—it’s a subject where passion is integral and the ticket to success.

I’ve been tutoring Health for a couple of years now and have developed passion for helping kids find the tricks, acronyms and answer templates to make SACs and exams a breeze, which is what my videos are all about.
